About the event
Welcoming you to a beautiful mid-summer celebration of the turning wheel of the year. Join with us as we are bathed in the energies of the sun at summer solstice. We will connect with the fire energies of our Manipure Chakra which have been rising since spring equinox to this point of our full aliveness. The evening will begin with an energising and heat generating yoga flow with Katherine Brookhouse, followed by a slow wander through the gardens of The Old Woodyard, a grounding meditation and intention setting around the fire pit. Enjoy warming tea and fireside chats before returning to the studio for an evening gong journey with me, offering you the chance to be transported with the gong into deep rest and meditation. All set in the most beautiful venue close to Dunwich Beach with floor to ceiling courtyard views and the sounds of the sea.
