About the event
Welcoming you to a beautiful small group gong journey, offering you the chance to be transported with the gong into deep rest and meditation in more intimate environment of a smaller studio with fewer participants.
A 90 minute experience of relaxation and gong meditation with time to gently return to daily life through quiet rest with herbal tea. All set in the most beautiful studio close to Wissett, Halesworth.
There are a maximum of three participants in these slow, connected and gentle sessions. There is time at the beginning to land in the space together, followed by a gong meditation and then gentle self guided rest with herbal tea. This allows participants to reconnect with their body more slowly before stepping back into every day life and also to allow the powerful vibrations of the gong time to integrate.
