Welcoming you to a beautiful solo gong journey, offering you the chance to be transported with the gong into deep rest and meditation.
A 75 minute experience of relaxation and gong meditation with time to gently return to daily life through quiet rest with herbal tea. All set in the most beautiful studio close to Wissett, Halesworth.
This is a private one to one session - slow, connected and gentle. There is time to land in the space together, followed by a gong sound meditation and then gentle self guided rest with herbal tea. This allows you to reconnect with your body before stepping back into every day life and also allows the powerful vibrations of the gongs to integrate.
Unlike larger group gong baths, these gong baths also provide everything you need including blankets, comfy mattress, pillows and eye pillow so all you need to bring is you, comfy…
